The Knee Pain Guru Presents:
"A Very Cool Insight Into Knee Pain"

I was just checking out a website that goes into details on a concept called, "tensegrity." Take a look at the website here at:

www.biotensegrity.com

I was turned onto this website by a friend of mine who is an Osteopath and was telling me about the research done by doctor Stephen M. Levin on the concept of tensegrity and it relationship to pain in body.

Here is the essence of the research. The body is not setup like a “building” as conventional wisdom would lead us to believe. Meaning take a house for instance. As long as the house is on it’s foundation and the first floor on top of that everything will be just fine.  However, if you turn that house on its side, it will collapse.

So with that same conventional thinking you are told that when you are walking the bones in your legs are compressing on the knee joint causing pain in your knee. This would be true if the body was “built” the same way as a conventional building.

The body is actually a tensegrity structure, just like a bicycle wheel or a geodesic dome and the body hold tension the very same way. Dr. Levin’s research is pointing in the direction that the tension that builds up in our structure causes the joints to compress and begin to wear away.

Check out the website. It really has the insight to ALL of your knee pain.

Now after you check out the website, go below and leave me feedback and tell me what you think…

All the best,

Bill
